Whoa! Side plank with tree variation?! Didn t see that one coming :) Good class, would ve liked to have more of a warm up (other than cat-cow) and savasana to start was very different! Will be doing this one again to master the side plank variations. Great time for a pre-work practice. Namaste.

There is an inversion thrown in there, so if you want to do it by a wall, have a clear space before you start!

I did not care for this at all. It was too slow, too much talking, some sort of confusion at headstand; very awkward.

Lovely class. I did this is the morning and it was a great was to wake up, but it d be nice any time of day. Less sun salutations than the average flow class, with more time to focus on standing poses like side angle, triangle, several variations of side plank plus a handstand, camel, hip openers and twists (though not in that order). The theme of considering how you might become your best self was fun to think about too. A challenging but peaceful class.

A mixed review - lots I liked, some I didn t. I wish I had know how many side planks there were. Lots of side plank. My wrists were tender. I couldn t do the advanced side planks but I still appreciated the practice. I was looking for a bit more flow. I really liked what the teacher had to say.

Hayley leads you through a super yoga class that has each pose progressively building off the previous one so you are comfortable to push yourself, and understand the techniques to get to the next level.
I felt great afterwards and highly recommend this class.
