Wow! This was great. I am not familiar with chakras/the meanings of the colors, but I could still benefit from breathing in the "meanings" behind the colors, like inspiration or connection. This is a great meditation to built a bit of a colorful force field around you to make you feel buzzing and protected from other energies. Thank you.

Short and Sweet! I love doing this meditation at the end of practicing yoga or in the morning to get ready for the day, when I don t have the time for more. At less than 10 minutes length, you can really fit it in anytime! It gives me a feeling of serenity and I feel grounded and connected.
