Affirmative Meditation: Nice peaceful short meditation. I was just a bit confused on first listening as to whether it was over or not. Also weird to tell you talk while being silent. Perhaps that is a zen koan.

Simple Breathing: Nice peaceful short meditation with almost a pranayama twist. A bit too short perhaps.

Wishing Pond: a sweet little walk towards a pond. I had trouble letting myself go with the imagery (for example got hung up on the idea that I wouldn t be walking barefoot in the grass if I was in a forest...)

Its hard not to give every class or meditation I take 5 stars. Each time I am left with a sense of connectedness with intention.
Love this mediation- will come back to it often.

This is one of my favorite meditations. Not only is it helpful before a yoga or meditation session, as a counseling astrologer I also use it prior to working with clients. Much of my astrology symbolisim relies on the elements. Natalie`s journey tunes me into them, and takes me to just the right mental and spiritual place in order to counsel my cients on a higer level. Thank you Natalie. It is a wonderful way for me to prepare for a client!

Natalie`s entire Meditative Journey CD is wonderful. I use Temple Within all the time during Savasana for my yoga students. It is a wonderful way to introspect and take time to honor your spirit.

The whole Meditative Journey CD is fantastic, but The Wishing Pond is my very favorite. It really transports you to this magical place. The imagery is so clear and Natalie`s voice is so soothing. Beautiful for working with realizing your wishes into reality.

Connecting to the Elements is one of my favorites on the Meditative Journey CD. When I`ve had a crazy day or week, I just lie on my back and listen to it, and by the end I feel completely integrated and connected. It is also a wonderful way to work with your intuition to bring clarity to your life.
