I liked the technique taught here in finding the stillness between breaths; however, as an instructional set I thought it was weak. At the end, she doesn t close it and just leaves you hanging. I m relieved this was part of my yogadownload subscription and I didn t pay extra for it.

i really enjoy Sally s practices. i love how this one allows for a deeper sense of the inner self through the breath, and just as the description says, this one brings the focus to the natural pauses that occur between. :)
