I`ve only done this class once and really loved it. The music and tempo were good, Jamie`s voice is good, and the class was challenging.

This class feels a bit more challenging than the level 3 Free class. Some of the poses are more challenging and felt more like a level 3 class. There was definitely a great sense of accomplishment with this class, especially after I surprised myself and was able to do a side plank pose that I`d never even tried before. It`s part of my regular rotation of classes. I like this class when I have a little extra time in the mornings.

Ok this is the deal. I am not a morning person. I tried this one in the morning and oh my God!!! I felt energetic for the rest of the day. It is amazing it pushes you yet you can do it. I absolutely love it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this class was. It was my first purchase and I will be coming back for more!

This class is perfect. I love getting a great yoga workout at the time that I choose and for the length of my choice.

Where have you guys been all my life? I have spent hundreds of dollars on Yoga DVDs and never been happy with them. I wanted a workout that would be similar to the one I took at the gym years ago. I found it! Also, I`m on the road for work so the format is great. This workout kicked my butt! I usually lift weights three times a week, but will have to wait another day because I`m so sore from this one!

30 min. Class is a great one to do when you don`t have a ton of time. You still get a great workout (Sweat and all). I recommend buying 8 1/2 x 11 inch self-laminating cards (3M makes them) to cover the pose guides. Even with lots of yoga experience, the pose guilds really help with the `flow`. Great concept!

Just did the 60 minute Power Yoga for the first time. What a workout! This is the closest yoga workout to the hour long gym class I used to take. Plenty of time spent in Sun Salutations and balance poses. However, if you don`t have an hour to spare, I recommend the 45 minute class. Not as many balance poses, but one heck of a workout! I think I sweated about the same amount on both. Also, the 60 min. class seems to go a bit slower. Perfect if you`ve got the time.

WOW. I love this class. I never thought that I could get such a good work out from yoga. I feel guilty when I miss my classes at the gym but not now. I prefer these classes actually, THANKS.

A great class. Very challenging. Never thought yoga was a dude thing, but in many ways this is more challenging than the body weight workout I do on alternate days. Great for flexibility, but also for building strength. Great job, Jamie.

This class is definitely a good workout, but the teacher sounds like a robot! I found it very distracting trying to follow her voice through the poses because she was so monotone. She might as well have been reading directly from a script. Its a good sequence though, so maybe going through the poses with good music on would work better for some.

Yikes! This is a difficult class if you re not in fabulous shape, though it is a great workout. I would recommend you be doing yoga for a couple of months before trying it; I took a break and then tried after two weeks back in and it was very tough. There are a lot of lunges and you need to balance for quite a while, as well as using your upper body strength. There s also a set of sit-ups thrown in near the end of the short class. Good for those using yoga for a real workout, less so if your goal is relaxation.
