I did this class after work and running ~2.5 miles and felt wonderful. I couldn t believe there was a class just for your hips; now I know why :)

I work 10hour days and so I bought this class to take to work. Now a friend and I do this class in my office on our afternoon break. We love it!

This workout will get you going. If you do it early in the morning you will feel liberated the whole day.

This is such a great class. I think it`s my favorite, my hips feel so good and it`s the perfect class in the morning before a long day of standing at work.

I found this class to be somewhat difficult at first but after two weeks I`ve seen so many benefits from this class that I continue to use it in my regular rotation of classes. When I know I`m going to have a particularly long day on my feet at work, this is the class that I do in the morning.
