Love this class! The pace is right, the music is right, the balance of the volume level between Jamie s voice and music is right. Would love for Jamie to do a 60 minute class just like this one.

This is such a great class. I think it`s my favorite, my hips feel so good and it`s the perfect class in the morning before a long day of standing at work.
I found this class to be somewhat difficult at first but after two weeks I`ve seen so many benefits from this class that I continue to use it in my regular rotation of classes. When I know I`m going to have a particularly long day on my feet at work, this is the class that I do in the morning.
