This is the kind of class that will make you feel like a brand new person when you're done. Props are used throughout so that every part of your body is supported and cradled as you hold poses for a long time and relax into a meditative state. Truly our slowest, deepest, most gentle and restorative class. This is perfect after a frantic, hectic day and will put you in a state of peace and calm that will bring a sense of renewed clarity and direction.
This class uses lots of props, preferably a bolster to two, several pillows, a couple of blankets and an eye pillow. You can also use extra pillows and blankets if you don't have a bolster, and a small towel or pillow case can be used in place of the eye pillow.

Really nice restorative class. I did it first thing in the morning after a disturbed night with my toddler, now feel totally chilled and ready for the day :-)

This class was just what I needed. I am suffering from a nasty cold and am feeling tired this morning. This class was able to both calm me and give me some much needed energy. I feel centered, open and ready for this day. Thank you Jackie!

I gave birth to my daughter 2 weeks ago and tried this class as my first postnatal class. I loved it, I feel peaceful and relaxed, my energy flows again.

I really enjoyed Jackie s pacing and instructions for getting into poses with props. I also appreciated that there was not a lot of chatter while resting in the poses. There was time to just follow the breath without listening to a human voice. I will definitely return to this class in the
