Mighty Root is a core-focused class that bridges the gap between fitness and yoga. By adding a bit of weight such as a light medicine ball, a yoga block, or even a heavy book, Mighty Root offers a unique alternative to a traditional yoga class. This class will work you through movements to develop a stable foundation of strength, flexibility and balance. No props are necessary for this class, but a block or a light medicine ball will increase the challenge!

This 4th class in the series focuses on twisting through the core. Stabilizing and some of the movements that have come in previous classes while twisting, will challenge you to keep engaged in your center as you move. Enjoy!
