This 30mnin class was a great class to help me transition from the intro yoga class to the more advance classes, fun and fast didn t even feel like the 30mins have passed, Jackie is a great teacher.

Jackie is such a great teacher that she completely explains all aspects of the practice so thoroughly that you gain confidence each time you do it. I ve done the 20-minute and 60-minute versions of this class. 20 is great when I m short on time and 60 is perfect for days I really want to spend time working on getting stronger.

I really love Jackie s instructions and comments. My friend and I have done this two weeks in a row. She s a beginner and I ve been practicing longer but we both get what we need from this class.

I liked this one a lot because it is fast paced. Cuing is excellent, as usual by Jackie. I ve only tried the 20 minutes audio and have been reluctant to purchasing a longer once because the audio is really bad. Lot s of sounds like the mike has scraped against her shirt or something. Please fix it!

This was an excellent class. The warm-up was sweet and smooth, and I thought the pace of the class was fairly slow, but that served to bring a focus to the engagement of the muscles. It was a good practice in lengthening and refining my Ujjayi. I really loved the entire practice and stayed focused throughout. Well rounded and well cued. Jackie has a great voice. I didn’t care for some of the music. Would love more “strength yoga” from Jackie!

I normally like Jackie s classes. However, I feel the sound quality on this recording is very poor and was hard for me to get over. This class also feels to me kind of like an infomercial, mostly because of the way she s talking.

This is an amazing class. The sound quality is different than the older audio classes because it was probably recorded while making the video. I downloaded the video, and really enjoyed this class. Jackie s voice is very conversational, and her instruction is very clear and specific. The sequence is great as it really focuses on your strength, as well as flexibility, which is very unique. I would highly reccomend this class for all levels of yogis. Jackie is a very skilled teacher.

This class was not nearly intense enough. I appreciate Jackie s explanations, for beginners, but if you know about yoga at all it s a bit tedious. I think you d do just as well to download any other yoga class and you d get as much strength gains.

I appreciate Jackie s calm & supportive demeanor throughout the session. I find her frequent reminders about alignment especially useful because I m relatively new to yoga and haven t had much studio time. It s just challenging enough for an advanced beginner. A note on the soundtrack: the music isn t the best, but what the heck it doesn t take away from the routine itself. Thank you!

This class is just awesome! Jackie s voice is grounding, and her cueing is so right on! This is great for all levels!

I love the routine, and I would love to do it every day, but the audio quality is not good. Because the mic is right up against her mouth, she sounds too close. She sometimes ruffles against and and hits it too. Also, the sound mix is off, sometimes you hear the music and sometimes you don t. It is a pity that they don t fix this because I would give it four or five stars.
