this one is a favorite! Lisa guides the class at a moderately challenging pace, which builds plenty of heat as the flow progresses. like all detox-focused flows, this one offers plenty of twists. i also love the inclusion of balancing and strength-building posters; i feel challenged yet relaxed throughout, and simply invigorated by the end. this class is a fabulous way to start the day ~ definitely recommend!! :)

This is absolutely my go to class. I have been doing it for 2 years and I love it. I try to keep a variety to my yoga workout but I always go back to this class!

Wonderful flow! Some poses were very challenging but it gives me something to work towards (such as side crow). Felt lighter at the end of this practice.

Great class to detox and unwind. There was a good combination of twisting, holding challenging postures, and flow. I feel loose and ready to take on the day - great class for the morning. I like the 60 min version best. The extra sun salutations and twists help to warm up the body.

Decent class. Lots of twists. The audio was clearly cued. At times I wish she would have offered a block modification, half moon for example. But I was able to modify myself as needed.

I did the 45-minute version. This is a really great class, though the pose guide is a little off and omits some poses. Not looking at the pose guide would be better, actually, as the instructions are clear--if you already know the poses. In all, though, I found this appropriately challenging and enjoyable.

I absolutely love this class. It s invigorating and relaxing at the same time. It s also challenging yet attainable. I love the inclusion of side crow and shoulder stand. After having a baby and having to take an unintentional break from yoga, this is a perfect class to get back in to it. It has helped me reawaken my passion for yoga and provides me with poses to strive towards while I m reconnecting with my practice.

I ve only done the 20 minute version of this class so far, but I really liked it! The level of challenge was right for me, perfect for when I am feeling tired and want to warm up, wake up, and stretch out my body. The pigeon sequence was pretty amazing. Occasionally I found the timing of the breathing instructions hard to follow and get in synch with, but that didn t detract much from a great experience over all.

Just finished the 45 minute class. For the most part the cues and flow were great. There were a couple transitions that were awkward for me. I especially enjoyed the twist variations. I feel aligned and in strong flow. Will definitely return to this class.

I ve bought several classes on Yoga Download, and this one is by far my favorite! The 60 minute class is incredible. I love how much I sweat, how "clean" I feel afterwards, and Lisa has a very calming voice. I love the twisting poses to "detoxify the body" - awesome! Especially nice after I ve been eating too much sugar or junk food and need a good detox. I m about to buy the 30 minute class, too, for when I need a quicker workout.

Great detox class! It definitely gets your heart rate up and, consequently, burns calories. I would recommend doing a few warm up poses before starting the class though and a few more cool down poses afterward.

I ve taken lots of yoga classes and this is probably one of the best I ve ever experienced. I felt amazing afterward - physically great and like I d taken a much-needed mental journey. The class is somehow both vigorous and nurturing at the same time - soothing voice, just the right pace, but challenging. Highly recommended!

This is my favourite class I ve downloaded so far! I absolutely love this class, especially since I have tummy troubles and bloating at times. I find that the day after or a few hours later I end up peeing a lot (sorry, TMI, I know!); but that s what tells me it really does work! This class is absolutely wonderful at any time, and especially when you re feeling like you just need to get rid of some excess water and toxins .

Great Class. Very powerful. I felt renewed after this class! In some instances I felt a little overwhelmed by the sequencing and was very happy to have the pose guide on hand to help me through. Some of the ways you change from pose to pose were not familiar to me, and it therefore made it a bit difficult to follow. The instructions are clear I am sure, if you are familiar with all the poses.

Wonderful class. It begins with gentle warm-up followed by a rather intense warrior series. The challenge really makes me feel strong. Her pace is excellent- not too fast or slow. The second half ends with a balance of stretches that leaves a body supple. She instructs a powerful version of pigeon that dramatically opens up the hips, shoulders and back. This class is amazing!

This Detox yoga class is a good way to wake up in the morning. I am not always looking forward to get out of bed and start the day, but this class feels good; both when I am energetic and jump out of bed, but also when I have difficulties waking up. The stretching and the rotations are challenging, but feel great afterwards.

Great class! This one goes into all corners of your body. Includes everything from back to shoulders, goes into the hips and rinses the spine. Makes you feel reborn and is a great way to start the day, take a break inbetween or to calm down in the evening - even the 30 minute version. It was one of the first classes I downloaded and go back to it regularly.
Personally I also like Lisa Richards pace, voice and guideance. She`s got a great timing guiding through the poses and places perfect reminders what to look out for.

Your website is perfect fo people like me!! I love yoga but cannot seem to pencil in "workout" time. I just keep my little ipod shuffle in my purse and whenever I feel like I need a quick pick me up or just have a few minutes, I enjoy the 20 minute power class!

I did this class last night and LOVED it! The voice is so soothing and it was the perfect amount of flowing and holding poses. Plus my back feel great this morning. Great, great class!
