I LOVED this guided meditation... Jackie s voice was so calming, and she knew (somehow!) just when to bring me back from my mind-wandering. The script was so supportive and positive...I will be using this meditation frequently!
The perfect meditation for anyone coming home from a busy day. My mind wanders and Jackie s questions, prompts to go back to breath are perfect for anyone who has a wandering mind. Her voice is calming and unintrusive. Many meditation guides just set the tone at the begining and you are then left to your own devices. This one is great to help you all the way through the 20 minutes.
Loved it! Perfect for beginner looking for a gentle voice and guide to bring you to awareness of the present moment. Lovely balance of background music.
