Oooh, this was FUN! I couldn t do the jumps because of my knee, but I just modified poses in ways that worked for me. Man, I love your energy! I look forward to doing more classes with you in the future. Thank you!

Always be mindful of your body when doing any of the poses. Yoga is more than just the physical pose. It s a total mind/body experience.

LOVED IT. I haven t been on the mat consistently for a long time & am always looking for the right class & instructor to inspire me - this one was it. Such a fun, chill, nice vibe class & instructor. No over-explaining or making everything too formal & clinical, just raw, fun & effective. I will be doing more of these classes. Thank you very much EP!

So, I m not going to lie. I was a little nervous about doing this class. But, like anything else in life we ve just got to jump in & challenge ourselves. I m a "self-taught" yogi for a year and a half. I always make sure I stretch because I definitely don t want to hurt myself. I can honestly say that I hacked it out the whole time. If I couldn t do exactly what you did I still tried. Thank you, I ll definitely do this again & try more of your classes. It worked my a** off that s for sure.

I needed a very short practice to squeeze in before a family trip to Disneyland today. This was it! I loved the energy of the flow, and the energy of the instructor. I loved that he mixed in humor, and kept the class light and fun. And I really loved that he gave suggestions on how to finish our own practice, so we d leave feeling more balanced at the end. I d recommend adding in suggestions for a final twist and perhaps happy baby at the end, but other than that, no complaints. I ll look for more of his classes on the site!

I have been doing Eric Paskel’s practices for Yoga Journal for 2 years and was thrilled to find him here on Yoga Download. This 20 minute video is a great representation of what he has to offer. He brings great energy to the mat and I love the dynamics of his practice. Thank you, EP!!

I definitely needed more warmup/stretching before trying this class! Able to keep up for the most part but modified all the jumping moves. I really like the twisted standing figure four!!
As always, love Eric’s sassy attitude.

Not really my style of yoga or instructor. It does offer a quick cardio blast of yoga if that s what you want. Most of the moves were fine tho I could not manage the twisted elbow on foot and was glad of the option offered on the 2nd side. Certainly was not going to try the all hands all feet jump at the end!
