3rd time . I think it has really opened up my breathing . I did this class,,, , then another class. I highly recomend it as a way to get your breathing deeper, your shoulder blades relaxed and moving sound through your body is always good, focuses the mind, SIng along with her . It s short and you can follow up with another short flow or whatever you wish. thanks for this new practice . It has been of great benifit .

Very interesting! It was very different than other classes I ve taken...in fact, she kind of startled me when the chanting started. I began to really get into it though. I m excited to try more like that!

I oftentimes hesitate to do a Kundalini practice, but whenever I do, I feel great afterwards. This was a great class to do in the morning-- you really do feel much better in just 19 minutes!!
