Loved this short but energizing class. Great poses, challenging and effective. The teaching and the yoga instruction was great. Wonderful for opening up your thighs and hips. Thank you!!

I was looking for a short before work class and this was perfect, energizing, opening and challenging.

Had to leave a review! I am all about meditation. However, sometimes, I just want to do a good stretch after doing cardio. This is it... a short simple moderate pace, adv/int class!! I really like the Channing/Michelle duo. You would get the most out of the class if you are a bit warmed up before (Well, at least I do!).

This is a great class. I felt it more in my QL muscles than my inner thighs, but that s probably just because I have extremely tight QL muscles. I hadn t done a triangle backbend before, but this was a great sequence to prepare. I love Channing s classes, and look forward to more on Yoga Download from her.
