Shannon has a way with descriptive instructions that addressed restrictions in my hips I was unaware were present. The perfect class to refine your practice and open the psoas muscle group.

Nice class. Not enough time in child s poses after strong and lengthy poses. She teases you with a child s pose but nice variations in her class lots of down dogs, plenty of creativity and movement. Nice long poses great transitions. A little too much chatter, it throws you out of sorts a bit but she means well and she appears to be passionate about each pose. You ll get much benefit from this class. She even throws a little spanish in there as well.

quite an invigorating and quietly powerful class. really enjoyed the progression and creative flow. slower-paced, but not lacking in intensity or focus. this class is excellent for taking your practice to a new level! i ll definitely be returning to this class again. :)
