Workout was great but the music is terrible. Just having that music in the background makes the workout more stressful than it needs to be. I really wish there was a way in most of these practices to do them without the music.

I am a runner and I do yoga regularly. I thought, 8 minutes? This will be easy. Well, 2 days later and my abs are killing me. A tough workout with instant results.

This is a really great workout for the abs. You will definitly feel it the next day. It`s quick and fits into any workout routine.
