This class was nice - a little different from the standard yoga class and instruction. There are some really great lower body stretches in here. My legs feel amazing!

Day 3 of the 14 days challenge: nice to do one of Eric s classes. Love Eric s energy that makes each class unique. This class , I enjoyed the challenge of trying to close the eyes and go more inward through the practice, not easy :)

I loved Eric s unique and creative sequences! This class challenged my brain as well as my body. The longer holds really give you a chance to get into and feel the pose. His message really resonated with me, so much that I wanted to hear more!

The flow was fine and the long holds good but I wasn t totally comfortable with the teaching style. Rather a lot of chat and poses weren t named consistently so not always sure where we were going.

I m so glad Eric has some classes in yoga download. I never fail to smile throughout and feel refreshed as well as stronger after every class of his I do. This one in particular is perfect after some more intense workouts as a way to really get some strong stretches in. This class keeps me focused due to the different variations of the poses he chooses. When you can t predict what s coming next and at the same time he saying words that resonate with most of us it s a perfect chance to tune in with yourself and tune out the outside world for a bit. Thank you Eric! I always leave your class is better than when I entered.

I really enjoy Eric. He is knowledgeable, but also playful. This class challenged me in spite of its brevity. (And when I have 3 kids to get to school, my morning exercise has to be brief!) So far in Eric s classes, I have been challenged to do a familiar pose in a very different way. I really appreciate the newness Eric brings.
And, as an added bonus, today was the first time I used the Hugger Mugger Tapas Ultra Mat. I won the mat through a Yogadownload challenge so it was all kinds of cool using it with a class where their products were being featured. I m going to sound like a commercial, but I want to say that the mat is wonderfully thick and supportive-- and it s pretty much the first time I really can say it s a true "sticky mat." I look forward to using it with Eric s "Slip and Slide" class to see if it helps me to stay put while sweating up the mat. LOL!

Love the holds in this unique class! Such a nice change from the flow classes (which I also love). I always find myself smiling, laughing or just feeling empowered by your words! You should make a book of Eric-isms :-)
