The cueing for this class is very hard to follow. I like Erics classes and energy but wish the cueing have enough time without having to look at the screen constantly. Also the breath count is way too fast.

I liked the flow and original poses but the music ruins the class. It is too loud and it does not accompany the movements. The music itself is fine but it does not fit the class. Also the shoulder rolls on the right were not done at the end

fantastic sweat-inducing class. t
my single complaint is a minor one... the cues for the side plank variation (with legs crossed) was a little unclear. i ended up doing it with the wrong side up, but that s no huge deal. maybe i ll figure it out the next time i practice.

Not my cup of tea. I enjoyed the music, but the talking was incessant and I found it annoying. I stopped halfway and found another class that suited me better. Positive message, but if you don t like lots of talking from the instructor, this class is not for you.

What a fun class! I didn t expect to enjoy it as much as I did. I normally don t enjoy music during a class, but this flowed perfectly through the practice! I really felt like I was there in the class. Eric s message about accepting and loving yourself for who you are right now was the exact thing I needed today.This class is a new favorite!

Loved this! If you haven t tried this class please give it a go. It s an hour of fun, glorious guitar, twists, binds, stretches and poses and transitions you will never have tried before. It really felt like I was practicing in the room with Eric and the team. Thank you!

Loved the music as well as the directions. Some of the postures were beyond my body but thank you for reinforcing that it’s the process.
This is the first time I have done one of Eric’s classes but will look for others. I came across this one through the Root and Rise Challenge.

wow Wow WOW! This class is just what I needed. I started practicing again after a 5 year hiatus. My ego s been taking a beating as my fitness level isn t what it used to be. Recently my focus has been to practice with gratitude instead of wishing for a specific outcome but it s hard. Your message was clear and freeing. I found myself modifying a lot of the poses but feeling blessed to just follow along and smile. Thank You!!!

I did this class after a particularly difficult day home alone with my kids. I was feeling grumpy and defeated when I dragged myself to my mat and I ended up being so glad that I did. This was an amazing and uplifting class that had me smiling and even laughing. It was a playful yet challenging class that was a total mood changer. The poses left my body feeling great and Eric s remiders of self-love and acceptance along with Kevin s awesome guitar playing helped my soul soar again.

This is the third class I’ve been taking. Although it felt awkward at first, I really am enjoying taking these. Really feeling a difference physically and mentally. Love building my growth. ??
