It has been a long time to hear Yoga philosophy. Be here and now in the moment. Indeed, yoga helps me to be in the moment. My mind gorse everywhere as I begin worry things I cannot control. This class is a good reminder why I do yoga. Thank you.

I like the idea of this class but the pacing is too fast. Not even time to fully get into each pose. If it were slowed down even a little bit or would be much better. We need to experience each pose. Thank you for the class and your consideration

I love alanna s teaching
This class is really good for Days when you don t feel like doing yoga, but know you.ll feel better after doing some yoga.
Just the right amount of asana to dissolve the tensions of the day
Just what you need to remind to being present !

Alanna is a wonderful teacher, not only of poses, but philosophy and scriptures. The last week did the three classes around; giving it away, leaning into the light & being here now. And what an incredible impact on my energy, my mind, my spirit, my body as well as my own life and those around me. 3 3 3

Love this class and the teaching on all levels. Relaxed pace and excellent asana sequence - thoughful. Hope to do it again very soon. Perfect practice to re-centre after a challenging day
