Strength and cardio are well incorporated. But I also enjoyed the nice long holds and stretches. Good message.

I ve been practicing actively since 1992 and the only way I was able to complete this class was by slowing it down 30%. Megan is an ah-mazing teacher but I would have liked more modifications for different bodies and abilities. If you have to slow down or pause or take Balasana or come back to this class at a later date...you know...FORGIVE yourself! ;)
