The 60 minute sequence contains a headstand and a shoulderstand, Bakasana, Bird of Paradise and many balances. A few adapted Surya Namaskar A & B flows build up enough heat to keep the practice going smoothly. I love how this sequence helped me focus my attention on the here and now (and a good sweat doesn t go amiss either)!

In this class, and others, Jackie has an amazing ability to describe the poses so I can do them without a pose guide. I am able to really focus on the yoga because I can hear exactly what to do. I ve only been to a "real" yoga class a few times, but the 30 minute version here is perfect for after I get the kids in bed.

This was so nice. Everything is explained really well and the pace is great. Contrary to the review above there is no headstand or shoulder stand!
