Difficult to hear the instructor; however, I loved the music.

Also, I liked the fact that she calls the poses slightly before the video demonstration. I don’t watch the screen the whole time, and I could look up to see the visual cue if I didn’t understand the audio cue. The flow of poses are brilliant. Lots of movement in a short time. I’ll do this one again.

This would be a great flow... If you could hear the instructor over the music. I had to look at my screen several times to try and figure out what was going on. So while the flow was wonderful, I never got to a yoga buzz. It was stressful. I had tried another class with this instructor and the music didn t match the flow, and was also super overpowering. I won t try another after this.

Music too loud, cueing often not done on time and missed a short series of poses on one side. Also fairly gentle, wouldn t say it was a you ll feel it class. Otherwise a nice shorter practice

Nice little class, but the music was much too loud and made the cueing difficult to Gear. Also the flow is différent for both sides.

Like others said, the music is distractingly loud. The instructor’s voice is too soft and had to look up too much to get a visual. The biggest complaint I see on YD is about the music. Would be nice if YD limited classes with background sound. Definitely not “you’ll feel it”. It’s a 23 minute class, but things slowed down to long hold in pigeon at 15 minutes.

Lovely class generally. The music was too loud and sometimes made it difficult to hear the instructor. Also, one series of poses was only done on the right and not on the left. Perhaps an editing mistake? Otherwise, I enjoyed this class. Very thorough.
