Enjoyed Ali ‘s style, calm clear instructions and the roots of this practice within African tradition. Naming of familiar poses from within the Egyptian cosmology brought a freshness to my engagement with them.

Would like a bit more variation of poses as practice built. Would choose to take other classes with Ali. Thanks!

Being a baby to spiritually, I really enjoy this class! I like the different position and poses The terminology was awesome, help trick mind. Some of the terms I could relate to from my reading about ancient Kemet. I would like more of this! Thank you Ali. You have a new follower.

Lovely class. A little confusing w different names for poses than I am used to, but if I paid attention to the screen, easy to follow. Had to sit on a block for the knee pose near the end, but that worked ok too. Feel very good at the end after a long savasana.

Another glorious new and unusual practice from Ali - beautifully calming with stretching, twisting and binding. A lovely mindful flow. Note that poses named Pyramid and Sphinx by Ali in this practice are different from what people may be used to. Thank you

This was a great experience! Some of the terminoligy and pose names meant different things than what im used to, which threw me off a little bit, but it was still great! Also indpires me to look more into the origins of yoga.
