Amazing well rounded class! Have come back to this one on and off. For myself - loved the music. Felt the combination of the journey in Tereza s flow with the journey in the music left me in a lighter place.

I agree with other comments about the distracting music, but I did find this to be a great quick flow class and different from the typical 25 minute classes. I will come back to this one again!

While the music does start out sad, it actually sounds exalted when you get into the warrior flow portion. I actually liked it a lot better than the canned stuff most of the classes have. As for the class, I enjoyed this quick flow and will look for other classes by this teacher. Thank you.

I m pretty sure this would be a great flow without the sad "hero watches everyone they love die" music playing in the background. It is the opposite of energizing and very distracting. I couldn t get more than 5 minutes into it before I had to try and find another flow. If this could be re-released without the music, I d give it a try.
