Live Music with Guitarist Bett Randell

Tired from a long work day? Want to release pent-up energy and ground down before bed? This sunset flow with live music from Brett Randell will help you put aside the tensions of your day. Of course you can practice this flow any time of the day! You'll start by stretching your weary hands and feet, moving your spine and waking up your core. The guitar was great, but the singing competed with Elise s voice, and made it a little difficult to hear her instructions.

I ve taken a few of Elise s classes, for the most part I enjoy her & the classes. I just couldn t feel this one. I stayed till about 10 mins in, but the music wasn t for me. It was nice just kept getting in my way & couldn t concentrate on yoga

I didn t finish this class, the music was way too loud for me to hear Elise. I had to concentrate too hard and look at my screen to see the next pose instead of listening to her. I usually love her classes but I found I was missing cues and looking at the screen more that I usually do.

I totally agree! The guitar music was okay, but when he started humming and singing it completely distracted me from Elise’s voice, unfortunately. The singing that started suddenly during savasanna totally brought me out of my relaxation.
