The class was great, but at some points I would have wished that the teacher would talk more clearly! Additionally, this and other videos keep stopping all the time, which makes the experience less pleasant! Please check the capacity of your server, as I have a very stable glass fiber internet connection!

I love Elise s classes, but in this one I had to really strain to hear her voice over the music. The music was too assertive in style and too loud. It would be nice to have something much more subtle. But the yoga was great.

Not for me. I wasn’t anticipating warrior III and crow for a “relaxing and nourishing” flow. It was slow, though.

Nice gentle flow. This class helped to gently stretch out my muscles in a nourishing way, which was welcome after my first week of classes. I liked that there were several asanas focused on abs as well.

Oh me, I m just allowing myself the space to get back into a higher level of selfcare. Jus ta perfect way to start the day. Elise is calm, cues well, and the music is different (in a good way), still soft, but not so spa-like. Yoga is one of the few activities that lets me just get me out-of-the-way and just BE. Thank you, Elise and YD.

really lovely chill flow. as another reviewer mentioned, there was a suprise crow, which made me happy. loved the cue about my hips in half split. it really upleveled the stretch!

I’m on my third day of Omicron and feeling like I needed to move but without all the energy of a typical flow. Still, there were some holds and strengthening along with some nice stretches. Very aptly named practice. Elise’s voice is also relaxing and nourishing.
