Great standing yoga. There are worries 1, 2, 3, trainable pose, side stretch, and balancing poses. There is no chance to sit or down dog, but still I feel good after practicing this short yoga. Thank you.

Yay I could finally do yoga after two weeks of nothing. Just had shoulder surgery and I cannot do anything with my left arm as it s still in a sling. This class was perfect to get me back into my yoga routine in the morning. Great for a quick stretch if you re somewhere at work or in an airport and don t want to touch the ground with your hands too.

So, so grateful to have found this terrific class recently when I had a wrist injury, and to be able to come back to it now after having minor surgery on my upper arm. I love that this wonderful community makes it possible to keep practicing even through injuries, especially since gentle movement and emotional grounding help with healing! A lovevly short, but strong, standing flow. Great after my morning run. Elise s style is so calm and controlled so my moves and breathing match her calmness. First ever standing savasana.
