This short class is meow and slow, which is perfect for me since I have back issue. Although it is gentle but requires some power to hold my body such as a horse poses. I like soft and calming practice like this. Thank you.

If you ve only got 25 minutes to flow, this is awesome. The rhythm and flow are easy to follow, and her energy is mellow and soothing.

I suppose if you are really great at yoga, this class might feel a little slow or not challenging as I ve read some of the other reviews to say. I found it to be great. I am perhaps at level 1. It stretched my body everywhere as needed, toned my legs with the horse and used my arms with planks. Nice flow for me

This was an outstanding way to end a long day, when I didn t feel like doing much but knew I needed yoga to energize my body and soul, without getting *too* energized in the evening. What a beautiful way to wrap up a day. I found myself wishing it were longer. Thank you!

Other reviews mentioned difficulty following Ali s cues, and I also got a little lost in places. Nevertheless instead of focusing on imperfections, I reveled in a nourishing flow that was very accessible and had sequences that were unfamiliar and enjoyable. Stay with the big picture and the energy and don t focus on details!like whether your left or right knee should be bent!

I agree with others that it is very difficult to know which side I m supposed to be facing.
The flow is ok pace for morning, it is a wake up series so getting your body moving but it was too confusing otherwise.

No, this was a short class and I know its vinyasa but it felt rushed to me. Not sure if this is the teachers style, as I have done other classes with other instructors, this unfortunately doesn t measure up.
Did not like the instruction at all.

This one really wasn t for me. Many times I had no idea which side I was supposed to be facing or which knee I was bending. Also, it did not feel energizing. It was very mild and non-strenuous (and also repetitive).

Absolutely loved this class and Ali. I needed a class to wake me up and energize me before my workout, but not be difficult. This was the perfect fit and will be on my replay list!

Love Ali s voice and vibe. Calming yet energizing. The music was perfect.

I would have found more directional cues helpful. i.e. turn to your left for 5-pointed star; you should be facing the back of your mat now, left foot back, etc.

I started the Yoga Download 21day Challenge on Jan 1 and signed up for the annual subscription after finding Ali Duncan! I ve taken a few of her classes and have to say she s my favorite instructor thus far, by far! :)
