Powerful and Restorative together. A class I have been hoping looking to find for two decades. The movement coupled with poses combined such deep stretches throughout the side body and hips. Bravo!

Excellent instructions and a very well put together routine. I haven t practiced with Danelle before and I will for sure look her up. I love the slower flow and building on postures with some great hip and shoulder opening as well as core. Thanks so much.

Did as part of YDL 21 day Begin Again challenge. Could not do sundial and had to modify some since I have right shoulder problems. But excellent class, great flow and feel more open in both hips and shoulders. Some core work too. Good instructions, calm voice, offers modifications.

I really enjoyed this class and it went by very quickly! I liked the flow, leading up to sundial and, although I wasn t able to get into sundial, I challenged myself to go as far as I could. I liked that she gave modifications.

Wonderful class. My core is going to protest this tomorrow, but it was good for it! I was not expecting so much hip opening in a core class, but I appreciated it because my hips have been very tight over the past year. Wonderful cues and great modification to up or down level as needed.

Oh and a nice and juicy savasana at the end. A lot of shorter classes skimp on that, but this one didn t and it was lovely.

What a fabulous practice - a downloader to return to for sure. I feel fabulous after this strong practice. Denelle gave fantastic body cues throughout and suggested plenty of options. I particularly liked the cues and close up for cobra - a simple pose perhaps but the shoulders back cue to start with really helped me to get ore out of a common pose. I also really enjoyed the build up to Sundial and happily swung my backpack over my shoulder. My core loved this whole practice too. Thank you Denelle.

This is a great class. I really enjoyed the pacing - not a power yoga flow - but still so powerful. Make sure you have a strap for the modifications if you aren t at full Sundial yet... I will be returning to continue to work towards it!

The sequence and the class itself were great, but there wasn t any discussion of the Manipura chakra. Some context would have been awesome, that was why I sought out this class. A great flow though, that was definitely the closest I ve been to extending my leg and opening my heart in Sundial pose.

Great stretch and hip opener which really allowed me to reach my best sundial pose. I found this class relaxing and invigorating and fun on its own. This is not for you if you re looking for a challenging, vigorous vinyasa flow. Excellent class!

This class ROCKED! I was looking for something different from my typical vinyasa flow, and I totally found it. Although there were no repeats in sequence, you really felt heat as each particular segment of postures not only focused on the core, but worked on building from the outside in. I was surprised at the peak pose, Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana (Sundial), but truly appreciated it, as again this wasn t my typical flow. I understood why this peak pose was chosen, and felt oh so good about it. I know my core will definitely thank this class tomorrow, but as for now, my heart gracefully appreciates all aspects of this class. Namaste!

I love the element series by Denelle! She is the perfect instructor - does not talk too much, but just enough to give great direction. And, she does not have a squeaky voice. (Even if she did, not sure how this translates to a poor yoga experience). Thanks for a wonderful yoga series. I hope to see more videos from you!
