I really enjoyed this practice and it gets right into it, but be warned that it moves FAST. I was expecting fast, but I wasn t quite ready for FAST. It was still a 5-star wonderful class.

This class is the perfect class when you just want to get into it. Sometimes I feel cold before my bike rides and I do this and within minutes I am out on the road rather than curled up in my blanket having second thoughts. Love you guys.
