I love the addition of the music. And I love Vinyasa. But I find this class too fast to actually feel effective. This is the kind of flow where the body gets pushed in an uneven way -- particularly for anyone who has structural imbalances (which is most of us!). Also -- even though I appreciate the energy the teacher is trying to bring -- there is a lot of preachy motivational talking here. I would have loved to hear the message of "receive to give" spoken fewer times -- in the right moments -- in order to really FEEL the impact of the message instead of feeling bombarded by it! Again -- really appreciate what is trying to be done here, but it just wasn t quite my jam.

Absoutely love Outlaw Yoga! The music is energizing when it is appropriate and soothing when it s not. Love that I feel like I have gotten a good workout through moving meditation!

I loved this class! It flowed fast enough to get me breathing hard, but allowed enough time in each pose so that I felt stretched and strengthened. I loved the message of serving myself so I can serve others and the music is wonderful and motivating. I love all the Outlaw classes, but found this one particularly refreshing today. Highly, highly recommended!!

That was an amazing, generous and powerful class. It cleansed me after a day and week that i have been serving others and never myself. This challenging practice stretched me where I needed stretching and refilled me where i needed refilling. For the exercise part it was a beautiful flow paced quick but not too quick. Got great blood pumping, good sweat going, and most of my favorite challenging postures were used. (Great time in headstand, crow, wheel, and pigeon). Thank you for an amazing class that I will return to when i need to be refilled.

Another wonderful class from Outlaw Yoga! Worked up a great sweat and the instruction was clear and concise. A class where you can go back and challenge yourself to do better each time.

This was a sweaty challenging class. I was reluctant to try this for fear it would move too fast for me to maintain my breath and it does move very fast but he slows us down nicely for some long stretches. Not a traditional yoga class but a nice change. Going into my favorites and I will definitely try another one of the Outlaw classes.
