Beautiful gratitude practice! Instructor has a soothing voice and gives just the right amount of guidance. Like another review stated this practice goes by fast!
A calming, worthwhile practice. As I breathed in, I thought, "Blessings on..." then on each exhale, I thought of a different person each time or repeated blessings over the same person. I like this meditation better than the standard "lovingkindness" meditation because I included all types of people in this practice, including blessings on to all sentient beings. Alanna has a soothing voice and said just enough words to keep it very simple, yet profound.
Wow I thought to myself "8 minutes isn t too long", but it felt like 2 minutes. Loved it and people from all long time ago were popping up. Even my brother who has crossed over. Enjoyed this very much so. Music was perfect
