Welcome to Day 11 of our 2-Week Vibration & Creation New Year's Challenge!

Saturday, January 11th

You’re nearing the finish line, and your dedication is shining bright. Every class you complete adds another layer of strength, mindfulness, and purpose to your journey. Today’s practices focus on aligning your energy and setting powerful intentions for the days ahead.

Here are your class options: "The Power of Om: Moving with the Vibration" with Alanna: A 55-minute all-levels practice that combines movement and sound to tap into the powerful vibrations of “Om,” helping you feel balanced and uplifted, or "Sankalpa Flow" with Kristin: A 35-minute intermediate vinyasa class that invites you to connect with your sankalpa (intention) and move with purpose and clarity.

The Power of Om: Moving with the Vibration with Alanna Kaivalya

Why is Om so powerful? Learn exactly what makes the sound Om an integral part of a complete yoga practice, as we use the vibration of Om to super-charge our vinyasa practice and recalibrate our bodies. This dynamic, safe and engaging practice weaves the lessons of the cosmic sound throughout, so that by the end, you feel more invigorated, balanced and in tune.
 



Sankalpa Flow with Kristin Gibowicz

35 min class

Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Sankalpa means "divinely inspired intention." We create an intention at the beginning of each yoga class, but sankalpa is more than a resolution - it roots us deeper into our true life's aim. Be inspired by this creative flow that encourages you to use your divinely inspired gifts and deepen the path to being the very best version of you. This is a shorter power flow that packs in a full-body focus.

I finished the 14 day challenge today. I went for Kristin's class and my first "you'll feel it" class. I loved this class. Such a fun flow and a great way to end the series. I found a new favorite

DAY 11: I really couldn't make up my mind between both options... so I ended up doing both flows. On Saturday afternoon, I enjoyed the class with Alanna, and the Sankalpa Flow with Kristin was absolutely terrific. This flow went straight to my Favorites list. Namaste and thank you 🧡🙏🏽💐

Day 11! The choices today look terrific-- I really want to do the Skankalpa Flow, but both of them will challenge my knee a bit too much. I'm going to do "Turn Up That Self Love Dial" with Mary Baker. Self-love and reflection have been themes for me in the past week.
I'm looking forward to doing the class and then settling down for a good night's sleep.

Today, I tried the Sankalpa flow. I was a little intimated by the intermediate strength label, but I found that it was the perfect level of challenge and moving meditation. I especially enjoyed the “drawing a bowstring@ sequence.

Day 11 of the 14 day challenge. I completed the Power of OM: Movingw with the Vibration with Alanna Kaivalya. I enjoyed this class. It is educational and flows. It is almost 1 hour long, good class when you have more time. Feeling more balanced and invigorated.

Happy Saturday! After a busy morning with an 1 hour of Cycle and an 1 hour of shoveling snow, I did Kristin's class. In the beginning the flow was fast with breath so poses I could not do I modified. Overall a great class to add to your practice for strength, stretch and balance. I definitely added Alanna's class to my favorites to practice on my mat after this challenge. Make today a great day! I switched to a combination of Spinning + Pilates + Meditation today. My old 60+ body did not need more stretching. When I was younger, I practiced yoga every day. Now, I am more into variation. Yoga 3-4 times a week seems to be what my body likes.
