HOW: Simply sign up on the challenge mailing list below to receive your daily emails once the challenge begins, and/or simply return to this page each day to view the challenge class options + interact with other challenge members from across the globe.

PRIZES: One grand prize package and one runner-up prize package will be given at the end of the challenge - enter by commenting and posting about your experience with the class each day. One entry per person, per day, for each time you comment.

Daily yoga can help you feel good every day and if you are in need of a reset and ready to feel your very best, this challenge is for you. It can be easy to accumulate stress as we go about daily life, which is why it's so important and valuable to have outlets to release tension. Throughout the challenge, you'll have the opportunity to practice a wide variety of quality yoga classes and styles from some of the world's top instructors, from the comfort of your home, or wherever you want to practice. There are classes for all levels. If you want to be challenged, you can be every single day. If you want classes that are more nourishing and educational, there will also be choices for you each day. You will learn, flow, meditate, advance, and grow from three weeks of yoga.
 
For many of us, the real challenge is just showing up onto the yoga mat every day. That is why this challenge is so helpful, as the daily class choices and daily inspiration are delivered directly to your inbox every morning of the challenge, making consistency and experiencing the benefits of a daily yoga practice as easy as possible.
