Welcome to Day 7 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine!

Sunday, September 15. 

It's Sunday and you're doing amazing! One week down, two to go after today's class. If you need something short and sweet today, Jackie's got you covered. If you're feeling like diving into a sweatier practice, Dave's class is a powerful one. 

Remember to be proud of yourself for making it this far. While there's still a ways to go in the challenge, seven days in a row of yoga is no easy feat, and something we hope you're already feeling the benefits of.

Stand Up to Stretch with Jackie Casal Mahrou

10 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

This short, simple, and class can be done in your office, cubicle, school, dorm room, at the airport, or ANYWHERE at all! You don't even need a yoga mat for this class. This is a perfect class for those of you who sit or drive most of your day, as it allows you a quick opportunity to stand up and stretch your body. Jackie will guide you through several gentle standing postures that allow you to stretch your chest, neck, hips, shoulders, back, and hands. Take a quick 10 minute break right now and notice how much better you feel!

Power Yoga 5 with Dave Farmar

50 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Are you craving that yoga high, but just don’t have the time for a full-length practice? This well-rounded, dynamic Vinyasa flow class will leave you feeling happy, relaxed and blissful. Through creative sequencing, you’ll challenge your strength and balance, open your hips, hamstrings, and heart, and settle into your moving meditation. Yummy!
