Forrest yoga is a shamanic and core-focused practice with the power to create real physical breakthroughs and a longer practice if you want a longer class to end your week. The practice has never stopped evolving. It was not the way it is now. However, an emphasis on purifying our minds has been the common thread since the early days of yoga philosophy. Yoga is more than just exercise, and poses. There is power in diving deeper into the roots and philosophy of yoga and how it can benefit our mind and overall well-being, as well as those around us.
