WHAT: 21 consecutive days of yoga classes, with 2-3 class options available each day

WHO: Open to all levels - beginner through advanced

COST: FREE for YogaDownload Members - if you're not a member join this challenge for $5.

HOW: To participate, make sure you have an active membership or have clicked the link to join for $5, then sign up on the challenge mailing list below to recieve your daily emails once the challenge begins, or simply return to this page each day to view the class options + interact with other challenge members from across the globe.

PRIZES: One grand prize package and one runner up prize package will be given at the end of the challenge - enter by commenting and posting about your experience with the class each day. One entry per person, per day, for each time you comment.

Welcome to Day 2 of the Healthy, Calm, & Courageous 3-Week Yoga Challenge Tuesday, April 7th. How are you feeling today challengers? We loved hearing where you're all practicing from all over the world, yesterday. Keep up te amazing work, listen to your bodies as this challenge progresses, and continue to share whatever you're inspired to in the comments, about your journey during these times, or this challenge. We hope the yoga continues to help. Today you've got two class choices depending on what your mood is. If your mind has been getting the best of you and making you anxious, Shannon's class will soothe your soul. If you need to sweat, and are up for a challenge, flowing with Rob will be perfect.

DAY 1: Healthy, Calm, & Courageous 3-Week Yoga Challenge
Welcome to Day 1 of the Healthy, Calm, & Courageous 3-Week Yoga Challenge Monday, April 6th. We hope all of you are healthy and safe. For the next 21 days we are all fortunate enough to share a yoga challenge together, during these trying and unprecedented times. Introduce yourself in the comments below and let us know where you are joining the challenge from. This is the online community, you can connect with for yoga each day. Continue to share your experiences throughout the challenge, for a chance to win one of two grand prizes, and more importantly, to feel the support of others from all over the world, practicing with you. Don't be shy in cheering one another on, you are in this together.


Now is a time where we are all being called on to focus on our health, our ability to stay calm in the face of adversity, and be more courageous than many of us have ever needed to be. This 3-Week Yoga challenge is an opportunity for you to prioritize your physical and mental health, and cultivate the bravery and calmness needed right now, while connecting with an online yoga community from all over the world. 

While it can be easy and understandable to experience fear, remember there are things you can do, to make your body and your immune system stronger. Two key parts of keeping a healthy immune system are reducing stress, and adding in physical activity. Yoga helps with both, by strengthening your physical health and calming your of mind, and lowering stress levels

Navigating these trying times mentally and emotionally, is as much of an obstacle as navigating the physical dangers currently present. Part of keeping emotional equilibrium during unprecedented times, is to keep some sense of routine. 

Everyday life as most of us know it, does not and cannot exist temporarily, as we navigate CVOD-19. While it can feel like we cannot control the world outside of us, each of us who are healthy enough, still have the power to get onto our yoga mats each day, from home. It can feel grounding and comforting to have a yoga routine, in the midst of such uncertainty.

Part of what makes YogaDownload's challenges special, is the sense of community among participants, which is needed currently, as many of us are experiencing physical distance from others. You'll embark on this 21-day challenge with people from all over the world and have the chance to share your experiences and support one another each day, and feel a real sense of connection.

Helping others will help you get through this. Remember, your courage will help the other people in your life right now, who need support. While there are countless things you can do, you will be better suited to show up for your loved ones, when you make your self-care a priority.

This challenge is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. There will be a mix of yoga styles from top teachers and class options delivered to your inbox each morning. There will always be a class option under 30 minutes each day, making this challenge suitable for those with time constraints and ensuring everyone can pick their ideal class each day.

We look forward to connecting with all of you and finding comfort in our yoga practices. Let us be reminded that all of humankind is in this together.
