If you need something short and sweet today, Jackie's got you covered. If you're feeling like diving into a sweatier practice, Dave's class is a powerful one. Remember to be proud of yourself for making it this far. Being happier, and shining brighter in the world could subconsciously be scary and it might be easier to stay safe. Why could that ever be true? Because it's easy to be comfortable with what you know and where you're at and change whether good or bad is easy to resist. Whether you've been playing small to keep comfortable, or are just scared to make changes you know will pay off in the long run, this challenge is a catalyst to be brave. Today's classes echo that sentiment. Fear often keeps people from trying inversions, so Desiree's class will help with that. Mark's class will move your entire body, and share a theme of bravery. Part of a challenge is the ability to branch out and explore some different styles of yoga and new teachers. While some of us are creatures of habit and prefer the same styles and teachers, some of us need variety and most of us are probably somewhere between those two extremes. If you're newer to yoga, it's important to shop around a little until you find a style that your body enjoys. If you're experienced in yoga, but sometimes fall away from your practice, it might just be your body telling you it's time to try new styles of yoga. Today, you've got the chance to explore Iyengar yoga with Dana H., in a unique class that targets your core and will have you feeling muscles you may never pay attention to. Or, you can explore Power Vinyasa yoga with Robert.

This challenge is all about living as your brightest, most vibrant self. Maybe you've been already feeling your best and want to take it to the next level. Or maybe you've been struggling, and merely going through the motions and are seeking ways to feel excited about life. Whatever reason is you've chosen to embark on this challenge, you're in the right place. You and others from around the world, have committed to stepping onto your yoga mat, for 21 days in a row. Be consistent with yourself, know you can do it, and keep showing up.
