This 20 in 20 Yoga Challenge is simple; 20 days in a row of 20-minute yoga classes, with longer options offered each day.

Each morning your yoga class choices will be delivered to your inbox with a selection of yoga styles, teachers, levels, class lengths and focuses, to make the challenge personalized for you.

The short 20 min class options make this challenge ideal for everyone, regardless of how much time you have. This New Year's challenge is also accessible for all levels of yoga practitioners from beginner students to experienced and advanced yogis. You'll have the option to explore a variety of different yoga styles from world-renowned instructors from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you'd like to practice).
