Claire never disappoints! Such a great class with flows at the start, stretches interspersed throughout. My whole body and mind feel open and lighter than when I came into the practice!

Believe it or not, Louisiana can be 24° on a winter morning. Of course it s still 60% humidity! And believe me...Claire s flows still make me sweat enough to open the door for air! Her verbal cues always give the option to push your edge, quicken the flow, breath into more flexibility, focus into balancing & go even deeper... Thanks again for an uplifting session - challenging, flowing, always pushing but no extreme poses (which I also enjoy but it s not for today)!
