This creative sequences is challenging for me but fun also. I lost balance sometimes but still enjoyed myself. I like learning something new always. Yes, I learned it today. Thank you.

A strong practice on a hot day but very satisfying. Lots of vinyasas, twists and balances. Nice length of savasana at end.

This is a great class - energetic, nice flow and wonderful poses. A couple of the cues through the middle weren t so clear so I had to look but otherwise it was really a good workout.

This is a really lovely class. So often the intermediate classes have complex flows that feel almost frantic in their pace, but this one is simple, effective, and the perfect combination of challenge and stillness. I will absolutely revisit this class--thank you for sharing it!

Love this class! The flow was well designed and a good mix. Instructor was positive and easy to follow. Two very minor notes: I personally prefer when the instructor says how long we will be in a pose (breath count) and keeps commentary focused on the practice rather than filling up the time holding poses with anecdotes, but I know a lot of other users enjoy when instructors add personal stories. Also the instructor uses the Sanskrit word for the pose often, which confused even the models at times, just something to be aware of.

I hear you about the breath count, but I ve found personally and with students that it often can shift you into a sense of anticipating what s next instead of settling into what is...and of course, it is all preference! And I use the English first side and Sanskrit second side--most of the time! ;) Sorry if that caught you unaware.
