This is amazing I haven t got a lot of time in my day to relax so a quick video really helped me get voice is so calming and she really helped as I have anxiety so it s hard to relax this is absolutely amazing thank u

When the instructor says start breathing a smile through my kidneys and my liver is the same time I check out. My kidneys don t smile with or without me telling them to do so. I will give another class a try but if they involve multiple organs smiling then I ll pass. I m sure you re a very dedicated teacher but not my style.
