This was just as promised: a moving flow with great music. It was a unique combination of elements that I really enjoyed. Time went quickly. The music during Sivasana was especially good.

Great Informative Instructor! I ve been doing beginner for about 4 weeks every day and this was my first advanced beginner class! The Best! Thank you! I am getting so much better! I did Jackie s Yoga 101 the past month and last class has Ben as a model, so happy that also led me to your class! Jackie is awesome too!

Really like the creative flow! Music was nice and I liked the way it was faded out to something more gentle for savasana. Cues were spot on and easy to follow. Great class Ben!
