This is an intense Power Yoga class designed to completely detoxify your body as well as your mind. Through the use of specifically designed twists and compression poses you will rinse the spine and internal organs, riding them of harmful toxins. The result is a completely refreshed feeling throughout the entire body.

Detox yoga helps with weight control, clearing your skin, and increasing your energy! Please remember to drink LOTS of water after this class to help flush the released toxins out of the body!

Note:
-The 45 min. class includes the Aura Strengthening Meditation at the end
-The 60 min. class includes the Pranayama exercise - Alternate Nostril Breathing in the beginning
-The 70 min. class includes both the Meditation and Pranayama exercise

I love this workout, i can feel the toxins draining from my body as i work through the poses. It has helped me as i strive to find balance in my life and to get rid of the toxins in my life. Great great class.

This was a solid 20 minute practice, challenging enough for intermediate/advanced practitioners, included several twists, balancing and hip openers, a good variety of seated and standing poses and plenty of very detailed verbal direction to help even a low intermediate or strong beginner understand how to smoothly move from one pose to the next or feel knowledgeable enough to modify themselves safely within such a short series of advanced asanas. Thank you!
