This is a slow and gentle yoga class that will soothe and relax you like nothing else. Unlike our power yoga classes, this class moves slowly through the poses, and holds them for longer lengths of time so you can soak in and reap the full benefits of each posture. From the dreamy music, to Jackies soothing and calming voice, you will be whisked away to a place of complete serenity.
This class is still dynamic and will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes, but it will do so in a gentle, soothing, and relaxing way. A truly amazing and healing class, this is a must-have for your Yoga Download collection and perfect for those times when you want the yoga, but not the intense workout. Relax, let go, and ENJOY!

| This is a great basic class for morning yoga, especially if you re just starting out. The descriptions of the poses are very clear, so it s easy to do without any yoga experience. |

I love this routine! The directions are clear and easy to follow.
I started using this to increase my flexibility and now use it every morning as a cooldown from my workouts.
I am on a journey to be healthier and to lose weight (I ve lost 65 pounds so far and want to lose another 45) and I find that I am more mindful of my body and what I am putting into it.
I truly believe that this routine has helped me tremendously!
Thank you so much for making this available to me and I plan on purchasing the longer routines when I return to work. |

| This was my very first yogadownload.com class, and I return to it again and again. It s a perfect introduction (or even reintroduction) to yoga and Jackie is calming and encouraging throughout the practice. It got me hooked on the site and all of the classes. A great class. |

| A fantastic slow, gentle, and thorough yoga routine to unlock tight muscles and relax busy minds. The instructions for each pose are clear, the pace steady and gentle, and the whole attitude affirming and calming |

| As the other reviews have mentioned, the rhythm, tone, and timing of the instruction is perfect. It's easy to know what's coming next and to move fluidly and gently through the poses. You probably don't even need the pose guide. This class has a lot of hip-opening stretches and a lot of hamstring stretches. My only criticism is that I wish it had a bit more upper-body stretching (especially for tension in the shoulders and upper back). |

| Tihs is my favorite class so far. The instructor does an excellent job of describing each pose and keeps you there longer. Do not let the "relaxed" wording fool you. You will feel this the next day if your ham-strings are tight as a drum like mine. Overall, this is a great session and I will keep going back to this one. |

| This is a great class to bring you back to the basics. It is a great balance to the faster paced flow classes. There is an emphasis on the breath and more time to focus on each pose. Very relaxing. |

| This was the first class I purchased. This class was a great! The instructor had a calming voice and wonderful way of pacing the class. It was so much better than any DVD`s I`ve done (which I think distract you visually). I will definitely be purchasing more classes soon! |

| I highly recommend this class. Challenging for a beginner, but also great for more advanced students. A wonderful addition to my yoga practice. |

| I ordered both the 20 & 60 min class, and as both a beginner, and a `little older` adult :) I find the 20minutes is just right for me at the moment. I will work up to the longer version, so am glad I have it also.
The instruction, and pace is excellent! Thank you for providing a great beginner class! |

| I love this class - Jackie has a wonderful instructional manner, and her help getting into the postures is great. I like the music, too, and find it helps as a cue for what is coming next. |

| This was a great, gentile class. It moves at a moderate pace but allows you to really deepen into each pose. I would recommend this class to anyone who is tight and restricted in classes they have done earlier in the week. It also gives you a good chance to find the connection between the moves you are physically doing and visualizing them in your head. |

| Great class! Perfect for anyone who feels tight and restricted and needs to open up. I would definitely recommended this class at least once a week, especially for anyone regularly taking power yoga courses-- this will help you visualize difficult sequences of poses. |

| I have the 20, 45, and 60 minute classes. I rotate amongst them depending on time and mood. I love them all, but especially love the longer classes. Jackie`s `patter` is perfect and I feel as if I get a thorough workout. I like the music, too! AND these are especially good classes for the rank beginner. |

| This is the class I have been looking for since I started practicing yoga. It has exactly the right pace for me, Jackie`s voice is very soothing and she allows for more time to adjust to the poses. I got the 30, 45 and 60 minutes classes and slowly worked my way up to the whole 60 minutes.
