I enjoyed this quick but powerful session. Dawnelle s cues are great, and her pace is perfect for my preference, allowing for warm movement and smooth breath. She covered a lot here with shoulder and chest openers, core work, and hip stretching. Invigorating and balancing for a perfect midday practice.

Took this one to the park for a bit of lunchtime chill and loved it. Quite a few interesting pose variations to keep the interest up, and a great mix of poses to reinvigorate the body. Excellent!

All I have to say is OH MY GOD! This class made my body turn, twist and bend in every direction. It is amazing. I thought I have tried everything until I did this one. And guess what? I did it at night and slept like a baby. This is a must.

This has been one of my favorites. It has a great variety of poses that bring together strength, flexibility, and balance in a short 20 minute workout. I am an advanced beginner and not very flexible, so I modified some parts (I don`t do the "standing splits" and I keep both hands on the ground for the cat/cow sequence) but it is still a great workout.
