Stretch your shoulders and chest, and open your heart center with this incredible Heart Opening Flow class. Most of us spend countless hours each day slouched over a keyboard, and hunched over the wheel of the car while driving. Counter all of this rounding of the upper back by opening and stretching the front line of the body. Your shoulders, back and entire body will thank you for it!

I did the 30 minute flow here. I loved the mental, physical, and breath warm-up in this session. The practice was very heart opening and the backbends were cued with safety and full benefit in mind. The heart openers were well balanced with counter poses and always valuable twisting postures. Great great great!

I do this flow almost every morning and find it is the perfect class and the perfect length for me! I have tried 2 other of the 20 minute flows, but find that something about the vocal tone, the pace, and the selection of poses in this flow resonates perfectly for me. I feel it is a nice balance of intense legwork, backbends, forward bends, and just like the name says is very heart-opening. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed this class! Jackie maintains a good pace - allowing time to breathe into most poses. She also offers helpful pose alignment tips and variations.

I really don`t know what is the diffrence between this one and number 1 but it does not really matter. This workout is amazing. It worked every inch of my back and chest. Good for those days when you want to give your bottom part a break.

I didn`t like this class as much as others I have downloaded from this site. I thought it was too fast in general, and moved too quickly into vigorous poses without creating enough heat first. When I was done with the class, I finally felt ready to go deeper into a practice. I generally like to do fewer poses and hold them longer.

| I am perhaps a hip-centered individual, I say this because midway through this class I became distracted with the heavy concentration on my top half. For all the amazing back bends in this class there was not one forward bend to counteract. By the end of the class my shoulders (and quads) felt great but I am off to do a hip-opening class because I feel tight in the lower half of my body! This is meant as constructive criticism I enjoy Jackie`s classes.
I also agree that there is not enough time between movement from poses. I did not feel like I connected to the flow by going deep rather I was trying to keep up!
