This is a really good class. It wakes up the body in a good way, and even has some fun and challenging poses in it like headstand and wheel poses.

Dawnelle is so great. I love her voice and the peaceful but powerful vibe she brings through the audio presentation.
This was an excellent class. I have been nursing and rehabbing a sprained back for almost a year, and I was nervous when this class was presented as a backbending class. I let it flow though, and I m glad I did. Dawnelle offered very gentle backbends to begin, and developed the class slowly and smoothly. She shared pose variations and options, and I appreciated her sharing the "reasons" for the various postures and flows to develop the practice.

I love this class as a transition from the easiest flows on this site to something a bit more challenging. After a few weeks of doing the gentle hatha flows and lunar flow, I started incorporating this into my routine, doing it on days when I m feeling a bit looser and ready for something more challenging than gentle hatha. There s enough variation that you can pace yourself, and Dawnelle is very clear about describing the poses. The resting postures in between the backbends also keep this from being too daunting for a beginner.

I really loved this class. Dawnelle is great and explains the poses well. I surprised myself with some of them that I didn`t think I could do. If you want to get started in the morning this is one class you need to try!

This class warms you up nicely and then opens up your chest and heart with a nice set of backbends. This class is so good to undo all that hunching over we do all day long.

The 20 minute morning flow is a great way to start the day. The opening sequence closely resembles surya namaskara, a beautiful salute to the sun, ideal at day break. From there a full range of postures working every part of the body flows in a tightly timed sequence all the way to a well earned rest in savasana at the end. The whole body feels invigorated and ready to go when finished and all that in just 20 minutes. This sequence really is great way to set yourself up to fully engage with all that the coming day has to offer.

Really enjoy this one. The challenge of a raised leg wheel sets a positive tone for the rest of day, and Dawnelle is a delight to have in my ears at that time of the morning. Highly recommended.
