I have to say... not my favorite class. I ve done several other of Jackie s classes and I do like her style, but this is my least favorite. The variation on the sun salutations are fine, but the first time you take it you may stop and think "wait, what?" so it interrupts your flow a bit. Also, personally I prefer to be in headstand for more that a few breaths.

One of my favorite classes. Headstand with a chance to get to a wall, pigeon, mermaid... vigorous and energizing. Thanks, Jackie!

Very good class. Jackie starts this off in child’s pose and I enjoyed her sun salutation variation and how she moved right into the flow from there. This was challenging and at a good pace to keep warm, but not too fast for my breath. Jackie used creative flows and transitions through traditional asanas. I agree, more vinyasa classes from Jackie!

Absolutely LOVE this class. Her variations on traditional Sun Salute B are wonderfully refreshing. I found it nice and challenging since it is not the standard flow, but in this it gives you opportunity to re-evaluate your postures and approach your practice from a new point of view, keeping you mind as well as your body supple! Great work. I wish Jackie would have some 90 minute classes!

I totally agree with the other review. This class is amazing, the instructor really takes her time to get you warmed up and ready for all the twists and moves. I love the transition between poses. Really one of the best.

I`m also a yoga instructor. This is a fantastic, fast-paced class. Not a lot of advanced postures (so could easily be used by intermediates too), but physically intense. Her voice and the music were very calm, her instructions clear and form pointers helpful, and the class flowed very smoothly between postures. This was one of those classes that really allowed me to tune in and just enjoy the flow. I also like the way she starts slowly and allows you to get centered rather than jumping right in to sun salutations, and how she did her own twist on the sun salutations instead of the traditional A and B. This is one of the best one-hour power flows I`ve tried. Please, more advanced classes, and more from Jackie!
