| I did the 45 minute session. Dawnelle really kept the heat by building off of Surya Namaskara B. I liked how we kept coming back to the same mat vinyasa as she developed challenges on each “build.” It allowed me to fully re-balance and reset my breath and body for a new series of postures. Well cued as always with Dawnelle. |

| Dawnelle is a wonderful instructor - her classes are always challenging, invigorating, yet calming. Any chance of making this class a 60 or 70 minute class? Would love to see more level 3-5 classes from Dawnelle! |

| This class is one of the more challenging classes I`ve tried. I really want to give it five stars but I felt like most of the class was done in variations of chair pose. This made it quite challenging and I definitely felt something the next day. |
