The core is your symbolic center of power. The core is where your center of gravity originates and where you find strength for your posture, yoga poses, balance, back and just about everything else. Creating a strong and stable core is the single most important aspect of a fit and balanced body.
These Core Yoga classes are power yoga with a kick. You will be lead through a flow that incorporates lots of poses designed to strengthen the core. The class is balanced with poses that will lengthen the core muscles as well, creating long and lean abs that will stabilize and power you through everything you do.
This class is challenging and you will feel the work youve done on your abs the next day. Done over time this class will create an extremely strong, lean and toned abdominal region.

| Having neglected my yoga practice since my daughter`s birth two years ago this class was a challenging and invigorating way to pick-up where I left off. The class was challenging, but gave me plenty of opportunities to explore the sensations that occurred during my practice. |

| This was quite a challenging 45 min. I was so sore the next day, but it was that good kinda sore that you get have having done a really great work out. |

| Great diverse class... moves quickly and without realizing it, your 1 hour yoga is done for the day!I felt so energetic after the class, the rest of the day was great! |

| I thouroughly enjoyed your latest 20 minute class. I am a certified teacher and would recommend that for people who want to get into Yoga, or just have a break in the day, but don`t have time for much. It was alot packed in 20 minutes.

| I have been doing this class every other day for the past month. All of my clothes fit better, I have more energy and feel stronger. I even fit into a size smaller swimsuit on my last vacation! This is a great class and at a length that I can easily fit into my busy schedule. |

| This is a great class and I definitely recommend it. The flow is not boring and fast moving – very unique and different from what’s out there in terms of combination of the poses and transition from one pose to the other. Very well thought through, this class will keep you in a great shape. Dawnelle is a very talented teacher. The quality of the audio is excellent. |

| I love the 20 minutes core yoga class. I have been doing it for two weeks since I downloaded it. I use it as one of my daily routines and it is perfect.Dawnelle is an excellent teacher. Her instruction is clear and encouraging, and i like her voice too. I`m so glad that I have found yoga download. It`s a great place to get different routines to add to my yoga pratice. | My husband and I recently tried the `Yoga for back pain` program. It fits very well with his chiropractors recommendations and we both feel better for it.
Yoga download is a great place to get routines to add variety to any yoga regime.

| I don`t like this as much as the other classes I downloaded but it`s still a good class. I just wish it moved a little more in the beginning to raise my heart rate and build heat. |

| Being new to Yoga, I was surprised and how hard this practice worked my body. I haven`t found a class I didn`t get results from yet! |
